OPT has introduced three groundbreaking vision systems for 2.5D surface inspection: phase deflection, photometric stereo, and hybrid phase-photometric technology. The photometric stereo solution features multi-light-source compatibility with independently controllable 4-zone and 8-zone illumination, ideally suited for complex diffuse reflection and textured materials. OPT's patented phase-photometric system represents an industry first, innovatively combining the strengths of both photometric stereo and phase deflection technologies.
