Barcode recognition is to detect all the one-dimensional codes that meet the condition of parameters in a specified ROI area in a grayscale image to obtain the decoded string and position information. The barcode recognition tool can automatically locate and identify. It is a tool that analyzes and judges barcode images and can recognize 39 codes, 128 codes, EAN-8 code, EAN-13 code, UPC-A code, UPC-E code and other barcodes.

Detection by specifying the type of bar code to be seized, set the detection parameters, including: contrast, search steps, the maximum width, you can specify All barcodes of the specified type are detected in the ROI area, and the positioning area and the decoding result are returned. Supports simultaneous recognition of multiple barcodes.

Application: Barcode recognition.

Software: SCI Smart Camera 2.4.1804.x.x and above.

Step1: Read image by “Image import”. replace the path of the images located, For example: D:/Demo Project/ Barcode recognition /image /1.jpg. 

Step2: Read all barcode on the product by “Bar Code Reading” operator.
